TM Real Estate Group took part on 22 December in the presentation ceremony of the 2025 Capdepera University and Postgraduate Grants, an initiative promoted by the local Town Council that reaffirms its commitment to education, higher learning and the professional future of young people in the municipality.

The event, held at the Cap Vermell Centre in Cala Rajada, brought together local authorities, representatives from the business community and members of the educational sector. It was chaired by the Mayor of Capdepera, Núria Garcia, and included the participation of TM Real Estate Group as one of the collaborating companies, alongside other local organisations.

In this edition, a total of 27 students — 24 undergraduate and 3 postgraduate master’s students — benefited from these grants, each receiving €1,200 to help cover expenses related to their academic training, such as accommodation, study materials or travel.

Thanks to the involvement of participating companies, the programme reached a total allocation of €32,400 in 2025, consolidating a public-private collaboration model that, for the past 14 years, has helped create real opportunities for young people in Capdepera.
