Alicante, 15 April 2025 – TM Real Estate Group and the Vicente Ferrer Foundation (VFF) have renewed their collaboration through a dignified housing project in the Adoni region of India.

This initiative, set to be completed in December 2025, includes the construction of 29 new homes in the village of Katithota, in the Alur area, bringing the total number of houses built since 2018 to 100. The project promotes independence and women’s empowerment by registering homeownership in the names of women, breaking with discriminatory traditions around property rights.

This purpose-driven collaboration provides safe and dignified housing for 29 families (141 people), radically transforming their living conditions. In addition, TM Real Estate Group also collaborated in 2022 on the installation, start-up, and maintenance of a water purification plant with the capacity to produce 10,000 litres of clean water daily, benefiting 3,000 people and numerous local schools.
