TM Real Estate Group<\/a>, a leading company from Alicante in the residential tourism, hotel, and vacation sector\u2014specializing in the construction and development of homes along the Mediterranean coast and the Mexican Caribbean\u2014has renewed its commitment to collaborate with the NGO Rafiki \u00c1frica.<\/strong> This non-profit organization, also based in Alicante, carries out cooperation projects in Uganda, with the aim of continuing to promote initiatives that help improve living conditions in the country\u2019s rural communities.<\/strong><\/p>\n

After several years of collaboration on projects focused on access to clean drinking water, agricultural training, student housing, and women\u2019s empowerment through microcredit programs<\/strong>\u2014which have already benefited nearly 1,500 people\u2014both entities are strengthening their partnership with new initiatives <\/strong>designed to consolidate the progress made in the rural area of Kenziga, in the Sembabule district.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Within the framework of this new collaboration agreement, TM Real Estate Group will fund two key projects for community development.<\/strong> On one hand, it will support the renewal and expansion of the agricultural microcredit program for women.<\/strong> This initiative enables women in the area to access small loans to start or expand farming and livestock activities, prioritizing a training-based and collaborative approach, promoting the role of women, and generating recurring income for more than 130 families.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n

On the other hand, the agreement includes the maintenance and consolidation of the Kenziga Agricultural Training School<\/strong>, an educational center that provides technical training to young people and adults in the community to improve their knowledge of sustainable farming and livestock techniques. The center\u2014named Jos\u00e9 Luis Serna Secondary School in recognition of the collaboration\u2014allows 105 students to continue their training, contributing to the region\u2019s economic development and directly impacting more than 70 families.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This new phase of collaboration will make it possible to continue improving the economic, educational, and social conditions of a particularly vulnerable population,<\/strong> promoting development opportunities within their own environment.<\/p>\n

In the words of \u00c1ngeles Serna, Chairwoman of TM Real Estate Group:<\/strong> \u201cFor TM, it is essential to support projects that create real development opportunities for people and help build stronger, more sustainable communities.
