Likewise, the company will also develop new roads as part of the La Hoya Partial Plan, as well as wide avenues and green areas and a sports centre for the owners of the homes that will be equipped with a heated pool, indoor and outdoor gym, sports facilities, a spa, beauty treatment and physiotherapy rooms, among other services.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-23614 \" src=\"https:\/\/www.tmgrupoinmobiliario.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/MicrosoftTeams-image-1-1024x727.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"766\" height=\"544\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The size of the new development and its excellent location, next to the Torrevieja International Auditorium, 400 metres from Quir\u00f3n Hospital and with a wide variety of food, leisure, schools, pedestrian paths and beaches nearby, makes Lagoons Village by TM one of the company&#8217;s most emblematic projects.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Torrevieja is currently a leader in the residential tourism sector nationally and internationally and our project will consolidate that position by creating one of the biggest urban developments in Spain. They all come with large outdoor spaces and communal areas covering 15,200 square metres. The development will also benefit from excellent connections both with the N-332 and the future widening of the CV-95, as well as from a wide range of services with the Mediterranean Sea as a backdrop. These homes <strong>are already for sale<\/strong> <strong>and are scheduled for delivery in July 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter
