TM Real Estate Group will donate 12,000 Euros towards the project, while the Town Council will contribute 6,000 Euros.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The President of TM Real Estate Group, \u00c1ngeles Serna, and Mayor of Pulp\u00ed, Juan Pedro Garc\u00eda P\u00e9rez, signed a collaboration agreement to carry out a <strong>project to prevent housing exclusion,<\/strong>\u00a0 in order to provide a series of financial contributions to manage<strong> rent payments for families in the municipality who find themselves in a situation of special need or at risk of social exclusion.<\/strong>The signing took place at the Council\u2019s facilities, with said agreement coming into effect from the moment the documents were signed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-13327 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tmgrupoinmobiliario.com\/blog\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/07\/Foto-firma-ok-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.tmgrupoinmobiliario.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/07\/Foto-firma-ok-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/blog.tmgrupoinmobiliario.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/07\/Foto-firma-ok-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blog.tmgrupoinmobiliario.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/07\/Foto-firma-ok-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The families to benefit from this project will be selected according to the procedure and scale approved by the Social Services Council, and must meet a series of requirements established in the rules fixed by the Town Council.<\/p>\n<p>According to the agreement, Pulp\u00ed Town Council will donate 6,000 Euros, while TM Real Estate Group has committed to contributing 12,000 Euros, which will go towards partially paying the rent for selected households.<\/p>\n<p>With this collaboration, <strong>TM Real Estate Group and Pulp\u00ed Town Council <\/strong>, highlight the importance of <strong>providing support to families in need within the municipality.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The signing of this agreement is set within the <strong>scope of TM Real Estate Group\u2019s<\/strong> policy on corporate social responsibility and its model of responsible management, as a sign of their commitment to encourage access to homes for the benefit of those most disadvantaged.
