These customers have historically shown behaviour that is extremely loyal to the coastal areas, which is epitomised by their presence on the Costa Blanca, Costa del Sol and Balearic Islands\u201d. These buyers are aged between 45 and 55 and have an average budget of EUR 250,000, according to the calculations of TM Real Estate Group.<\/p>\n<p>All the speakers agreed that the preferences when purchasing a second home depend largely on the nationality of the buyers.
