{"id":12741,"date":"2018-08-28T14:50:09","date_gmt":"2018-08-28T14:50:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.tmgrupoinmobiliario.com\/en\/?p=12741"},"modified":"2019-08-13T16:20:35","modified_gmt":"2019-08-13T14:20:35","slug":"tm-real-estate-group-finances-the-construction-of-64-properties-in-india-with-the-vicente-ferrer-foundation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.tmgrupoinmobiliario.com\/en\/2018\/08\/28\/tm-real-estate-group-finances-the-construction-of-64-properties-in-india-with-the-vicente-ferrer-foundation\/","title":{"rendered":"TM Real Estate Group finances the construction of 64 properties in India with the Vicente Ferrer Foundation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>25.05.2018 I TM Real Estate Group<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Chair of TM Real Estate Group, \u00c1ngeles Serna, and the General Director of the Vicente Ferrer Foundation, Jordi Folgado, today signed a collaboration agreement to build a village of 64 properties in the area of Kalyandurg (Anantapur, India), with the aim of improving the quality of life of over 300 people living in the area and who currently live in huts that fail to meet even the minimum standards of habitability.<\/p>\n<p>TM Real Estate Group will make a contribution of EUR 156,512.50 in order to finance the construction of the village, which will be known as <strong>\u201cJos\u00e9 Luis Serna Village \u2013 Moukthikapuram\u201d<\/strong> in honour of the group\u2019s founder. The expected start date for the works will be June 2018 and they are due to end in August 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Once the project has been completed, after an estimated duration of 14 months, the families will have access to decent housing built using local materials.
