The jury recognises the high-rise residential development and the marketing strategy behind this iconic skyscraper in Spain, which is set to become the tallest residential building in Europe.
TM Real Estate Grouphas been recognised with two awards at the European Property Awards 2026-2027 for TM Tower, its new residential development in Benidorm. The awards recognise both the development of this iconic skyscraper and the marketing strategy designed for its launch and commercialisation.
TM Tower received awards in the Development Marketing for Spain and Residential High-Rise Development for Spain categories. The first award recognises the project’s positioning and commercial communication strategy, while the second acknowledges its merits as a high-rise residential development.
Standing 230 metres tall, with 64 storeys and 260 homes, TM Tower is scheduled for completion in the second half of 2028. Once completed, it will become the tallest residential tower in the European Union and further enhance the international profile of Benidorm’s skyline.
The European Property Awards form part of the International Property Awards and recognise projects across a range of real estate sectors. An independent panel of industry professionals assesses entries against criteria including design, quality, innovation, service and sustainability.
“These awards endorse two key aspects of TM Tower: the uniqueness of its residential concept and the strategy with which we have introduced it to an international market. For TM, they also represent recognition of our ability to deliver projects that strengthen the positioning of Benidorm, the Mediterranean region and residential tourism in Spain on a global scale,” says Pablo Serna, CEO of TM Real Estate Group.
A Track Record Recognised by the International Property Awards
These latest awards add to those previously received by TM Real Estate Group in past editions. In 2024, Lagoons Village in Torrevieja won the Residential Development 20+ Units for Spain award, while Sunset Sailors in Benidorm was recognised in the Residential High-Rise Development category.
In 2022, Sunset Cliffs received both national and European awards in the Residential High-Rise Development category, while Flamenca Village won the national award for Residential Development 20+ Units for Spain.
The official awards ceremony will take place on 22 October 2026 at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London during IPAX Europe. TM Real Estate Group will receive the two awards granted to TM Tower at the event.
