The Alicante-based company, Main Global Partner of Valencia CF, strengthens the international visibility of its brand, residential developments and the Mediterranean lifestyle in Poland.
TM Real Estate Group has concluded its 2025–26 international activation roadshow in Warsaw with a new business networking event organised alongside Valencia CF and in collaboration with LALIGA. The Polish capital, one of the company’s strategic markets, was chosen as the setting to bring a successful season of international events to a close, aimed at strengthening brand visibility, creating opportunities to connect with clients and partners, and promoting the appeal of the Mediterranean lifestyle.
The event took place at the iconic Skyfall Warsaw, a unique venue offering outstanding views across the city, where TM Real Estate Group delivered a premium experience for both existing and prospective clients. The initiative combined hospitality, brand activation and networking in a relaxed atmosphere, designed to strengthen the connection between residential tourism, investment, football and the Mediterranean way of life.
During the event, TM Real Estate Group showcased its residential offering in Spain, built around prime locations, quality of life, security, connectivity and dedicated support for international clients. In doing so, the company further strengthened its position in the increasingly important Polish market, where there is significant interest in property along Spain’s Mediterranean coast.
Ana Belén Fernández, International Sales Manager at TM Real Estate Group, highlighted the importance of initiatives such as this in bringing the company’s value proposition closer to international markets: “As always, working alongside Valencia CF and LALIGA, these events help us reinforce our message about the lifestyle we offer in Spain. As Main Global Partner of Valencia CF, TM Real Estate Group continues to leverage this partnership as a platform for international visibility and engagement with key audiences. In this context, the Club took the opportunity to present the Nou Mestalla project, with José Manuel Segarra, Valencia CF’s Director of Communications, in attendance. The new stadium, scheduled to open in summer 2027, will mark a new chapter for the Club and help strengthen its international positioning, extending beyond sport to become a hub for entertainment, urban development and experiences.

Piotr Laboga, journalist at Canal+ Poland, spoke highly of the initiative and the growing interest in Spain within the Polish market: “It was a very special event, bringing together the residential tourism sector and football in a highly engaging way. One of the major attractions was the Nou Mestalla, which is expected to open its doors in 2027. I believe it will be a very significant factor for those looking to invest in the property sector.
