TM Real Estate Group and Valencia CF bring the appeal of the Mediterranean coast to Prague with a new international event

The Alicante-based company, together with Valencia CF and LALIGA, hosted the event ‘Spanish Lifestyle & Real Estate Opportunities’ in the Czech capital, an occasion aimed at clients, partners, and European investors to showcase its residential developments along Spain’s Mediterranean coast.

TM Real Estate Group  recently held a new international event in Prague to showcase the appeal of Spain’s Mediterranean coast, its lifestyle, and the investment opportunities linked to residential tourism. Organised by the Alicante-based company in collaboration with Valencia CF and LALIGA, the initiative brought together dozens of attendees, including clients, partners, tourism sector professionals, and investors connected to the European market.

Entitled ‘Spanish Lifestyle & Real Estate Opportunities’, the event enabled TM Real Estate Group to strengthen its international positioning in one of its strategic markets and present its value proposition as a company specialising in the construction and development of homes along the Mediterranean coast and in the Caribbean, as well as projects linked to residential, hotel, and holiday tourism.

The event was supported by Valencia CF, of which TM Real Estate Group is Main Global Partner, and by LALIGA, two strategic allies helping to amplify internationally the connection between sport, territory, the Mediterranean lifestyle, and investment opportunities in Spain.

Throughout the evening, guests were able to discover first-hand TM’s business model, its flagship developments on the Costa Blanca and other Mediterranean destinations, as well as the distinctive value of a residential offering that combines location, design, services, customer experience, and a connection to a Mediterranean lifestyle that is especially attractive to international buyers.

Augusto Monte, Commercial and Marketing Director at TM Real Estate Group, highlighted after the event that: “It has been a very positive experience. TM has had the opportunity to present to an important group of professionals, clients, and partners from Central Europe everything we are capable of developing in our natural environment, the Costa Blanca and the Mediterranean. The event was hosted by Borek Slezacek, local presenter, musician, and producer, who acted as master of ceremonies and underlined the distinctive value of TM’s proposition: “I am truly impressed by TM’s outstanding offering. The gathering also featured institutional and diplomatic representation. Jaime Alcaide, Economic Counsellor at the Spanish Embassy in the Czech Republic, emphasised the relationship between the two countries and the growing interest in Spain as an investment destination: “Spain and the Czech Republic enjoy a very positive and solid relationship in terms of trade, business, and investment. Czech investment across different sectors is growing significantly. This is the result of Spain’s attractiveness for tourism, investment, and business in general.”

The collaboration with LALIGA once again proved to be a key element in the event’s international reach. Jaime Navarro, LALIGA’s delegate for Central Europe, stated that: “For LALIGA, it is a pleasure to accompany TM Real Estate Group and Valencia CF once again at this event in the Czech Republic, which is becoming firmly established as a benchmark occasion. Events such as this help to internationalise the brands of Valencia CF, LALIGA, and TM, creating connections between sport, business, and commercial opportunities.”

Representing Valencia CF, Rafael López, Valencia CF Global Business Manager, stressed that initiatives of this kind “help both the participating organisations and invited guests to generate business opportunities and synergies. Valencia CF and TM share a Mediterranean lifestyle and DNA, which we seek to project internationally, and this is reflected in major projects such as the Nou Mestalla and in the developments TM is promoting along the Mediterranean coast.”

With this latest international initiative in Prague, TM Real Estate Group is reinforcing its promotional strategy in key European markets and consolidating its alliance with Valencia CF and LALIGA as drivers of visibility, relationships, and business opportunities centred around the Mediterranean, residential investment, and the Spanish lifestyle.
