TM Real Estate Group and Valencia CF continue to jointly develop their international expansion strategy, this time with a new activation in Berlin designed to bring the Mediterranean lifestyle of the Club and its Main Global Partner closer to new audiences across Europe.
The event, held on 21 April at the Hotel Meliá Berlin, consisted of an exclusive VIP Watch Party Experience organised in collaboration with LALIGA. The initiative brought together Valencia CF supporters and current and prospective clients of TM Real Estate Group, an Alicante-based company of reference in the residential, hotel and holiday tourism sector, and a specialist in the construction and development of homes along the Mediterranean coast and the Caribbean. More than 60 people attended, enjoying a premium setting that combined networking, gastronomy, entertainment and the live broadcast of the match between RCD Mallorca and Valencia CF.

Beyond watching the match, the evening was conceived as a distinctive experience aimed at creating emotional connections with the Club, integrating elements of hospitality, brand activation and the Mediterranean lifestyle. The event helped to strengthen the link between sport, investment and lifestyle in an exclusive and relaxed atmosphere.
This initiative forms part of the joint plan between Valencia CF and TM Real Estate Group to strengthen the Club’s international presence, drive new business opportunities and position the Mediterranean as a leading destination for both investment and lifestyle.
Representing Valencia CF was Ricardo Arias, Club Legend and Ambassador, while TM Real Estate Group was represented by its Market Manager, Bjorn Mansson: “We are here with potential clients, agencies and partners to experience the Valencia CF match against RCD Mallorca. We are delighted to be here. It is a great opportunity to bring a little bit of Spain to Germany.”
