More than 60 fans, clients and partners experienced the Valencia CF–Real Madrid match at an exclusive Watch Party organised by TM in the Netherlands, as part of its international strategy.
TM Real Estate Group held a new international event last Sunday, 8 February, in Utrecht (the Netherlands) as part of its European activation strategy linked to its sponsorship as Main Global Partner of Valencia CF. The initiative, supported by the Club and with LALIGA’s collaboration in the context of the match against Real Madrid, brought together more than 60 attendees, including clients, partners and prospective customers from Central and Northern Europe.
The Watch Party forms part of the calendar of international experiences promoted by TM since the beginning of the sponsorship, aimed at projecting the international growth of the TM brand and its Mediterranean DNA through the emotional connection that clients and brand advocates in key markets have with football and Valencia CF.
The event took place at the iconic Grand Hotel Karel V and combined the live broadcast of the match with a gourmet evening, pre-event activities, prize draws and interactive dynamics. Attendees enjoyed signed shirts, PUMA footballs and EA SPORTS FC video games in an experience designed to foster connection, community and brand engagement.
Beyond the sporting aspect, the event also gave attendees the opportunity to learn first-hand about the residential tourism, real estate investment and quality lifestyle opportunities offered by TM Real Estate Group — an Alicante-based company with almost 60 years of experience in property development and construction on the Mediterranean coast and in the Caribbean, as well as in the hotel and holiday sector.
Representing TM Real Estate Group at the event were Ninah Koopman, Property Sales Advisor; Génesis Marcela Ramírez, member of the Marketing team; and Daan den Ouden, Market Manager, who highlighted that “these kinds of activations allow us to meet clients and partners in an emotional and authentic environment. Bringing Spain’s passion and the Mediterranean lifestyle to the Netherlands is a direct way to connect with those who dream of living or investing in the Mediterranean.”
The event also featured Valencia CF ambassador Miguel Ángel Bossio, who emphasised TM’s commitment to the Club’s international expansion and highlighted the importance of “continuing to expand borders and strengthening Valencia CF’s image across Europe.”
Among the attendees was Ángel Martínez, President of the Valencia CF Supporters’ Club in Amsterdam, who noted that “it is very positive to see how TM promotes these types of gatherings for international fans and strengthens the bond with the Club beyond Spain.”
