The construction of this project by TM Real Estate Group represents an investment of 140 million euros and the creation of thousands of direct and indirect jobs in the city. In the first days after its launch, 25% of the homes have already been reserved, demonstrating strong interest from both national and international markets in one of the most exclusive residential tourism developments in Europe.
Madrid, September 19, 2025 – TM Real Estate Group, a leading Real Estate holding company based in Alicante and a benchmark in the residential, hotel, and vacation tourism sector, specializing in the construction and development of housing along the Mediterranean coast and the Caribbean, has officially unveiled TM Tower, a unique project set to mark a turning point in European residential architecture. Standing at 230 meters tall with 64 floors, it will become the tallest residential building in Europe.
The event, hosted by journalist María Fuster, brought together nearly 400 attendees, including local and regional authorities, institutional representatives, clients, suppliers, partners, and members of the media.
The ceremony began with an inspirational video about Benidorm and the trajectory of TM Grupo Inmobiliario, followed by official speeches from its Chairwoman, Ángeles Serna, and CEO, Pablo Serna. Both emphasized the significance of TM Tower as a symbol of the Mediterranean’s future and a milestone for the company and the internationalization of the Spain brand.
“This milestone is part of the journey we’ve built in the Poniente area over the past decade. Following landmark projects such as Sunset Dreams, Sunset Waves, Sunset Cliffs, Sunset Sailors, and Eagle Tower, today we take a step further with TM Tower, which stands as the crowning jewel of this skyline and turns it into a European and global benchmark,” says Pablo Serna, CEO of TM Real Estate Group.
The premiere of the TM Tower presentation video was then screened, followed by Augusto Monte, Commercial and Marketing Director, who shared the project’s unique features and officially kicked off the sales process.
The Mayor of Benidorm, Toni Pérez, concluded the institutional segment by highlighting the city’s potential to attract investment and, in turn, create jobs and promote well-being. He also emphasized that this new tower—like those previously built by TM—enhances the vertical urbanism that has been a hallmark of Benidorm for nearly seven decades.
The evening concluded with a seaside networking cocktail and a drone show that lit up the Benidorm sky, tracing the silhouette of TM Tower in motion as a preview of the city’s newest skyline icon.
A Project Worthy of Benidorm
Located on Benidorm’s Poniente Beach, TM Tower will feature 260 homes ranging from one to four bedrooms, along with over 10,000 m² of communal areas that redefine the concept of high-rise living: heated pools, a gym, cinema room, sports areas, and a skybar on the 63rd floor with an astronomical observatory, developed in collaboration with the Jesús Carnicer Didactic and Interactive Science Museum (MUDIC).
The construction of this colossal development represents an investment of €140 million by the holding company and has generated thousands of direct and indirect jobs, directly benefiting architects, engineers, suppliers, and tradespeople. The project is part of the company’s strong commitment to Benidorm:
“Over the past decade, TM has invested more than €400 million in Benidorm, transforming this area into an international benchmark and making it possible for thousands of families to enjoy a new life by the sea,” says Ángeles Serna, Chairwoman of TM Real Estate Group.
Construction of TM Tower is already underway, with delivery of the homes scheduled for the last quarter of 2028. In the first few days after its launch, media and commercial interest has been immediate, and so far, 25% of the units have already been reserved—clearly positioning the development as one of the most exclusive and prominent residential tourism projects in Europe.
Architecture and Design: A Mediterranean Benchmark
The architectural project brings together two prestigious studios: BakPak Architects and GEA Architects. It is inspired by the organic shape of a sea coral, paying homage to the Mediterranean and to Benidorm’s international DNA. From a technical standpoint, TM Tower will feature a high-rigidity reinforced concrete structure, validated through wind tunnel testing at the Polytechnic University of Madrid, ensuring both safety and comfort.
Vertical mobility will be handled by seven ultra-fast elevators, capable of reaching speeds of 6 meters per second, offering residents an experience akin to that of major global cities.
Spain and Tourism as a Driving Force
“Spain is today one of the world’s leading tourism powers. This leadership is particularly evident in the Valencian Community, where residential tourism already accounts for 5% of the region’s GDP and over 30% of the GDP in the province of Alicante,” confirms TM Chairwoman Ángeles Serna.
“In this context, projects like TM Tower will further establish Benidorm as an international benchmark and strengthen Spain’s role on the global map of tourism and residential investment,” emphasizes Pablo Serna, CEO of the Alicante-based company.
