Brussels has been chosen as the host city for the third international meeting "Tourism and Investment: Spain, a Destination for New Opportunities" in 2025. The event brought together key stakeholders of TM Real Estate Group and highlighted Spain’s tourism appeal and investment opportunities in the real estate sector.
TM Real Estate Group, a leading Alicante-based company in residential, hotel, and holiday tourism, specialising in the development and construction of homes along the Mediterranean coast and the Caribbean, continues its international expansion by organising a new business networking event in Brussels.
In collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce, Valencia CF, and LALIGA, the event “Tourism and Investment: Spain, a Destination for New Opportunities” showcased the key role of tourism, the real estate sector, and football in enhancing Spain’s international brand. The event was held at Hispania Brussels and featured the participation of Jorge Blay, Head of European Offices at TM Real Estate Group; Gary Udhwani, Coordinator of LALIGA Global Network in Europe; Miguel Ángel Bossio, Valencia CF Ambassador; and Marco Cucco, Global Business Manager at Valencia CF.
Following the success of other international events organised by the company, this gathering attracted the interest of professionals from various economic sectors and institutional representatives.
With this initiative, TM Real Estate Group strengthens its presence in strategic markets such as Benelux, aligning with its 2024-2027 Strategic Plan, which includes new actions and events in different European cities over the coming months.
According to Marco Cucco, Global Business Manager at Valencia CF, “This initiative not only strengthens the international recognition of our Valencia CF brand but also allows us to attract new fans through various strategic campaigns.”
“With the mission of increasing international brand awareness, LALIGA works with its clubs to continue supporting global projects like this one. We stood alongside Valencia CF and its sponsor, TM Real Estate Group, last year, and we will remain part of this great event,” stated Gary Udhwani, Coordinator of LALIGA Global Network in Europe.
“These international meetings are an exceptional platform to highlight the importance of tourism and investment in Spain. For us, this event has been a great opportunity to strengthen relationships and consolidate our presence in the European market,” affirmed Jorge Blay, Head of European Offices at TM Real Estate Group.
